New Audio Experience: Awaken Your Soul and Remember Who You Are
Sessions With Self: Volume 1
I have no time at all and yet I have all the time in the world.
Lately, this paradox blankets my experience. I feel rushed, overwhelmed, and running out of time to reach my goals and manifest all I desire. It feels like everyone is racing past me, getting ahead while I stay stuck in neutral.
It can really seem like time is zooming by, and my hopes and dreams are dissolving into dust with it.
But this is an illusion—because time itself is an illusion. Time is merely a human-made measurement to make sense of reality— a concept purely comprised of my own memories and perceptions.
There is no past. There is no future. There is only the present moment now. And everything that has ever been and ever will be is happening right now before me.
So that is the first half of the paradox: “I have no time at all.” Ironically though, that is not how my ego-mind interprets that thought. The mind believes time is a living, breathing animal that is going to eat me up and spit me out if I don’t hurry up.
The other half of the paradox of “I have all the time in the world” is about childlike creativity and playfulness. Goals, desires, and ambition are really the spirit yearning to express itself creatively and artistically.
Pure, blissful, and childlike creativity masquerades as achievement through the ego’s filter.
However, my soul knows wiser. It knows my desire for achievement is really an unbridled yearning to express itself fully. My creativity unequivocally comes from my soul. I can feel it. I can hear it sing. It runs deep at the very core of my very being.
And it does for you too. We all can feel its glorious rumblings if we really allow it to come through and listen
The projects I give my all to — the endeavors I pledge my undying love to, I do so because these are instructions that emanate from my soul. And when I follow them fully, there is no deadline. There is no rush. There is no ROI. There is only joy and an expression of my truth. I can then float through my day with peaceful intention.
This peaceful flow of authentic creativity is what my soul desires. Maintaining it is the real challenge while not getting dragged around by the ego’s craving for recognition, praise, money, and fame.
Everything that is happening is happening for your greatest good.
You have eyes that can see.
Legs that can walk.
Two hands that can grasp.
A heart beating in love that can send that energy up to your brain — which forms it into an idea and then comes down from the top of your head and through your mouth as words, language, and sounds.
And truth!
That is the light.
Glimmers of truth come alive in my heart every day.
My job is to gently catch them, hold them in my hand, and be with them as long as I can.
Try making it yours too.
