Everyone talks about manifestation — how to attract what you want, visualize harder, stay high-vibe.
But if you strip it all down, manifestation really comes to this:
Most people know that on some level. But here’s where we get lost:
We think identity shifting means becoming someone else altogether. When in truth, it’s not about becoming different. It’s about remembering who you’ve always been.
Manifestation isn’t about forcing yourself into a better version. It’s not a self-help project, a morning pep talk, or a list of techniques to master. It’s a spiritual process of returning to your truest self.
You’re not on a path of addition.
You’re on a path of remembrance.
So the question isn’t Who do I need to become?
It’s: What part of me have I forgotten?
Years ago, I heard Dr. Joe Dispenza ask an even more powerful question that changed everything for me:
“What is the greatest expression of myself?”
That question isn’t about striving.
It’s an invitation to uncover a destiny already coded within you. Because the highest vision of who you are isn’t built. It’s revealed.
This is where identity shifting truly begins—not through effort, but through authenticity. It’s not about constructing a new self. It’s about recovering the self that’s been buried beneath layers of conditioning.
When I started exploring this idea of “identity shifting through authenticity,” I started to realize that my “future self” wasn’t some idealized character I needed to invent. It was a deeper, more honest version of me that I had been pushing aside.
Think back to the moments in your life when you felt most alive—when time disappeared, when you weren’t performing for anyone, when you were simply being you.
Those are what I call glimmers of destiny.
They’re emotional breadcrumbs leading you home.
Long before you even heard the word “manifestation,” your soul was already whispering who you were meant to be—through creativity, curiosity, joy, and wonder.
Every time you follow one of those glimmers, you strengthen the signal of your true identity.
And that’s the essence of identity shifting through authenticity: You don’t create a new self — you realign with your deepest, truest one.
Ready to live from the most powerful version of you?
My 10-lesson course, The Identity Shifting Morning Practice, guides you through a daily embodiment system to help you rewire your subconscious, regulate your nervous system, and start each day as the person you know you’re meant to be.
Here’s a simple practice you can do every morning to reconnect with those glimmers.
Sit up in bed.
Take a slow breath in through your heart.
Ask yourself:
“What is the greatest expression of myself right now?”
Don’t think — feel.
Don’t force — allow.
Ask it again.
And again.
Until the question becomes a doorway.
Notice whatever arises. A sensation. A memory. A truth you already know.
They’re not random. They’re road signs.
Follow them.
The more you honor those subtle glimmers, the more you step into that greatest expression of yourself.
Manifestation isn’t about chasing a new shiner self. It’s really about stopping the chase entirely.
Because you can’t reject yourself into wholeness. You can only remember yourself there.
Your desires aren’t proof of what’s missing. They’re reflections of what’s possible when you stop abandoning yourself. And the moment you return to who you been all along, life rushes in to meet you.
Maybe the most powerful thing you can do today isn’t to visualize harder or “raise your vibration.” It’s to simply remember who you already are.
