New Audio Experience: Awaken Your Soul and Remember Who You Are
Struggling to manifest positive changes in your life?
Simplify your approach and strip away all nonessentials by adhering to the Law of the Vital Few, (also known as the Pareto principle or the 80/20 Rule) — which states:
For majority of outcomes, roughly 80% of the results will come from 20% of the causes.
You can use this same mindset when it comes to manifesting by focusing on the bare essentials. Below are the four key principles to manifesting found in every resource on the subject, each accompanied by a supporting quote.
Manifesting starts with becoming crystal clear on what you really want. This is not the time for vague wishes, daydreams, or being wishy-washy with your goals; it’s about being unwavering and calculated with what you want. It’s about permitting yourself to connect with your heart’s true desires.
It’s the antithesis of wild, unfocused thinking.
You must intimately understand not only what you want but why you want it. Alignment with this truth is crucial here, so your vision is in harmony on all levels: with how you think, feel, and act.
“Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.” — Carl Jung
Unconsciously, we all carry an upper limit, a self-imposed boundary that can impede our efforts. This upper limit stems from our own beliefs and perceptions about what we deserve or can achieve. To manifest something we truly desire and extraordinary, we must show our subconscious minds what lies beyond this limit.
We must dig deep and get our subconscious to believe something new about ourselves.
It requires doing the inner work, shattering the glass ceiling we’ve constructed around ourselves, and daring to reach for more.
“It takes courage to push yourself to places you have never been before… to test your limits… to break through barriers. And the day came when the risk it took to stay tight inside the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossum.” — Anaïs Nin
The journey toward our deepest desire is often messy and cluttered with anxieties, fears, and self-limiting stories. This is when we reach a choice point. We can either be held hostage by our fears or drive forward while they’re still present.
Embracing our fear, dancing with it, is part of the deal.
If you are unwilling to do the things you habitually avoid, the process will be disrupted. It’s not about eliminating what scares you, but about moving through it. Comfortable and familiar situations only manifest more of the same thing—and that’s the opposite of creation.
“Run from what’s comfortable. Forget safety. Live where you fear to live. Destroy your reputation. Be notorious. I have tried prudent planning long enough. From now on I’ll be mad.” — Rumi
At some point, you will have to realize that everything you want is inside you; you just need to shift your identity to become that person. Conscious creation and manifestation isn’t a cute game of wishing for a future outcome; it’s a spiritual process of letting go and evolving into the next highest version of ourselves.
Bottom line: You get what you are.
By embodying the future version of yourself, the reality you wish to create unfolds as a natural byproduct. The universe, God, higher intelligence, or life itself never gives you outcomes and experiences based on what you hope and pray for; it gives you outcomes based on who you are being.
“If you want a new outcome, you will have to break the habit of being yourself, and reinvent a new self… So, when you feel the feelings of your new future, you’re bonding to it — and drawing it to you.” — Joe Dispenza
