Even when you consciously want something new, your body might be holding onto what’s familiar — because familiar equals safe, even when it’s painful.
Desire alone doesn’t create change.
Your nervous system must feel safe enough to receive it.
Manifestation begins the moment safety replaces survival.
On the surface, you might say, “I deserve it.” But deep down, there’s a quiet voice whispering otherwise.
Unworthiness doesn’t always show up as self-hate.
