New Audio Experience: Awaken Your Soul and Remember Who You Are
After you are done meditating and declaring your intentions to the Universe, the process has only begun.
It’s time to seal the deal by wiring them further into your mind, heart, and body. Additionally, we need to ensure we pay attention and embody the right attitude as we go about our day.
Below are four simple things you can do to amplify your manifestations once your meditation session ends and life begins.
Take a moment to view your intentions with love, express gratitude for them, and adopt the attitude that what you seek is also seeking you. To wire this into your being, affirm this line from one of Rumi’s epic poems:
“What I want also wants me, is looking for me and attracting me.”
This shift in perspective transforms mere hopes and dreams into powerful bits of energy charged to take flight in physical reality. Embrace your intentions with the unwavering belief that they are on their way to you and that all of creation is aligning to make it happen. If you can feel your desire in your heart, it’s already yours.
Nature, the Universe, God, your soul, source intelligence, or whatever you want to call it constantly communicates with us, sending us signs and insights. Pay close attention to the feedback it sends your way. It could be a chance encounter, a timely message, or a gut feeling. These are not mere happenstance; they are the divine’s way of guiding you toward your desires. Your job after meditation is to stay attuned to these signals.
Everything in your experience is relevant and nothing is random.
While it’s important to nurture and stay connected with your desires, avoid becoming obsessive or clingy. Desperation disrupts the natural flow of the process and is contradictory to how everything unfolds in the cosmos. The Earth itself wasn’t manifested in a rush, so why should your desires?
Everything in the Universe unfolds naturally and the way it should be. Trust in this divine timing and refer back to point number one, knowing that your desires are already in motion. Don’t fight with the natural progression of things; instead, be a lover of the process.
We can go back to Rumi for some more inspiration here:
“Lovers are patient and know that the moon needs time to become full.”
Create a synchronicity and coincidence document to track what shows up in your experience. This document will serve as a powerful form of motivation throughout your journey. Whenever you experience a synchronicity or coincidence related to your desires and intentions, or make progress toward your desired outcomes even if it’s the tiniest thing, celebrate it, give thanks, and log this in your document.
The act of acknowledging these serendipitous moments reinforces the energetic connection to your intentions. It puts you in the right emotional and mental state to attract more positive experiences as you go along your path.
Remember, manifesting is an ongoing spiritual process and not about sitting with your eyes closed, wishing for things to go your way. Meditation is just a tool we use to gain clarity about our intentions and align ourselves in mind and body with what is calling us. It’s the choices we make and the energy we embody after we leave the cushion that counts.
